The new Alcoa Puffer Vest is crafted from water-repellent fabric. This vest is designed to keep you protected without compromising breathability. The lightweight polyester insulation—enhanced with premium 3M™ Thinsulate™—delivers reliable warmth without bulk, making it ideal for both work and casual wear.
Practicality is at the core of its design. A double-ended front zipper with durable black metal pulls allows for flexible styling and ease of movement, while the chin guard adds extra comfort at the neckline. Front in-seam pockets with zip closures provide secure storage, complemented by an internal zip pocket at the left chest for valuables. An additional internal zipper in the lining makes embroidery customization simple.
Finished with an adjustable elastic drawcord and toggles at the hem—slightly longer at the back for added coverage—this vest ensures a tailored fit. Thoughtfully designed, all woven labels are made from recycled polyester derived from post-consumer waste, including PET bottles, supporting a more sustainable future.
