Alcoa Wheels (wheels only)   

Free Into Store (FIS) delivery is available for Mainland capital cities, subject to the conditions below.   

• 1) Order cut-off: Orders must be placed by 12:30 pm for next business day dispatch/delivery (where applicable).   
• 2) Minimum order for FIS: 10 Alcoa Wheels.   
• 3) Delivery lead time (FIS): Typically next business day for Mainland capital cities; otherwise 2–3 business days depending on location and freight schedules.   
• 4) Fuel surcharge: Where applicable, the fuel surcharge applies in addition to FIS terms (see “Fuel Surcharge – Interstate Deliveries” below). 

Steel Wheels   

Freight is charged on all Steel Wheel orders (including deliveries to capital cities).   

• 1) Order cut-off: Orders must be placed by 12:30 pm for next business day dispatch/delivery (where applicable).   
• 2) Freight charges: Freight will be quoted/charged based on shipment size, destination, and carrier rates. 

Tyres 

Tyres fitted to Alcoa Wheels (wheel & tyre assemblies)   

FIS delivery is available for Mainland capital cities, subject to the conditions below.   

• 1) Minimum order for FIS: 10 wheel & tyre assemblies.   
• 2) Fuel surcharge: Fuel surcharge applies where applicable (see below).   
• 3) Exclusions: Gippsland and Swan Hill are not FIS (freight will be quoted/charged, or customer may arrange freight).

Accessories   

Freight is freight forward / customer-arranged freight. 

Pick-ups   

Urgent same-day pick-ups attract a $30 Same Day Pick Fee.

Fuel Surcharge – Interstate Deliveries 

Due to sustained increases in fuel costs impacting domestic transport, a fuel surcharge applies to selected interstate freight movements. 

A $34 fuel surcharge per pallet applies to interstate deliveries into Sydney Metro and Adelaide Metro, where freight is arranged by Alcoa Wheels. This surcharge is in addition to the standard freight terms and reflects current carrier rate increases driven by fuel pricing. 

For multi-pallet shipments, the surcharge will be applied per pallet. The surcharge is reviewed regularly and may be adjusted in line with fuel price movements.

If an order does not meet the FIS guidelines above, freight will be quoted for customer approval, or the customer may arrange their own freight. Subject to change without notice
