Q2. What number do I call to report a wheel warranty issue?
Call 1-800-955-191. And ask to speak with a Sales Representative. A representative will ask you the following questions:
- Customer name
- Part number of the wheel
- Date of manufacture
- Type of complaint (examples: bolt hole crack, hand hole crack, valve hole crack, bolt hole to hand hole crack, etc.)
- End-user (if applicable)
